Localization Coordinator / Junior Project Manager - Dublin
11 Month Assignment / permanency an option with other clients after successful completion
Harvey Nash has an excellent opportunity for a junior project manager or experienced localization coordinator with strong linguistic capabilities and proven track record of successfully managing translation / localization projects at various scale.
You will be joining one of our top clients for the duration of 11 months. The company is a leading global provider of advertising platforms online with additional portfolio of online services and products. State of the art facilities and awesome culture (far from general corporate office environment).
As Localization Coordinator, you'll work with Engineers, Product Managers, Content Authors and Marketing Managers to deliver content and products to a number of international sites on time and with high linguistic quality.
Responsibilities:
" Manage files - from translation through internal review to final delivery - using internal and external resources
" Drive localization program management for specific products
" Support senior localization project managers working on product groups
" Execute creative solutions to achieve goals
" Contribute to internal team initiatives for improving processes and gathering data
Requirements:
" BA or BSc degree, or the foreign language equivalent, in English, translation and/or a relevant technical field
" At least 1 year of project management experience (localisation industry experience preferred)
" Ability to meet deadlines
" Superior English communication skills and additional language(s)
" Knowledge of HTML, desktop publishing software (DTP) and translation memory tools (TM, CAT tools) preferred
