Role: Desktop Support
Salary : Depending on Experience
Location: Madrid, SPAIN
This role is based in Madrid, Spain and fluent Spanish is a requirement. My client will consider both permanent and contract candidates.
Experience:
Provide support on site and remote support to employees
Windows 7 support
Provide support for Microsoft Office applications.
Provide first line support to end user Desktop
Provide first line support to VDI end user environment.
Provide first line support for applications purchased by the business.
Provide first line support for BackOffice applications/services issues
Provide support in setting up meeting rooms with Telco and IT equipment as required.
Active Directory experience
