Seeking a Financial Controller for a multinational manufacturing operation based in Limerick. The key focus of the role will be to business partner with the supply chain and leadership team through financial planning, forecasting and analysis, driving the performance and profitability of the business.
The successful candidate will be a high calibre finance professional capable of handling a responsible role in a complex, large organisation, to maximise profitability.
The Role:
- Develop and drive the budgeting and forecasting process for Fulfilment and Supply Chain related costs.
- Analyse profitability by product and provide reporting to management.
- Provide timely information to management on monthly analysis of COGS.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain operations team to focus on improvements in operational efficiency.
- Take responsibility for transactional taxes (VAT) compliance in EME.
- Assist in the development of a Transfer Pricing and Standard Cost process.
- Preparation of monthly financial analysis reports.
The Person:
- Qualified Accountant - (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) and Third Level Degree.
- 10+ years post-qualified experience in high volume manufacturing, preferably pharma/devices.
- Must have previous Supply Chain experience and strong commercial awareness.
- Abiliyt to present critical financial analysis information.
- Highly motivated and productive.
- Strong influencing skills and have a collaborative style.
- SAP or equivalent ERP system experience essential.
