Network Engineering - Telecoms
Our client are seeking to recruit an experienced Network Engineer with strong experience in the Telecommunications industry (Mobile Core Network and/or IP experience is essential) Permanent role based in Dublin. Extensive experience working with the following technologies is key - HLR, GGSN, IP, SIP, SIGTRAN/C7, Softswitch/MGW, SMSC and IN/OCS - design and operational experience.
Responsibilities:
" Monitor work flows, processes and practices and identify areas for improvement
" Designing and/or maintaining the Core Network
" Deployment of new network nodes, the upgrade of existing nodes and capacity expansions with service partners
" Communications with other key stakeholders involved in feature delivery i.e. Business, Customer, Development Teams, QA etc
