The role
* Create targeting, segmentation for CRM and merchandising email campaigns operations
* Analysing and measuring effectiveness of customer marketing programs
* Determine customer lifetime potential and value, and customer segmentation
* Develop data infrastructure
The ideal candidate
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering)
* Professional experience in database analytics, data mining and marketing analytics
* Advanced knowledge and experience of SQL and SAS is essential
* Good understanding of marketing/email experimentation and related statistics
* Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing
* Knowledge/experience in data modeling, data warehousing and BI systems
