Role: Helpdesk Support with fluent French & Spanish or Italian language
Location: Dublin
Salary: 20-25k
Our client are seeking to recruit a fluent French speaker with Spanish / Italian language skills for an IT helpdesk support role.
Role will involve assisting clients' with hardware and software problems via phone, email or self serve portal. Ideal candidate will provide high level of customer service for all support queries, take ownership of problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
Key skills:
* Fluency in French & English + Spanish /Italian an advantage)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Windows Operating Systems / Microsoft Office
Networks / Printing issues
12months + experience
3rd Level IT Qualification
* Professional skills: problem solving/troubleshooting, analytical, written and oral communication,
* Ability and desire to build additional technical skills
