My client a leading online payments company is looking for an experience Implantation Consultant, with a strong I.T. background required (e.g. understands TCP/IP). You will have a strong focus with internal and external clients and customer with a good Project management understanding.
You will be working through standard and complex projects, while managing the technical quality of the processor's transaction processing host interfaces with the processing networks.
Primary req's
Define, create, maintain and document standard and non-standard customer testing processes, focus on technical processing customer interfaces, including providing internal staff training and coaching, and active contribution of knowledge management process
Supervise and assist in technical implementation project tasks
Coordinate all according network interface validation activities directly with clients & customers, including problem reporting and resolution via own expertise and/or other subject matter experts
Provide technical processing systems consultancy, with focus on network interface validation / testing, including on usage on network simulation tools
Proactively conduct and drive testing with key customers and their processors, in order to assure customers' processing business can implemented as swiftly as possible
Participate in technical processing product development to ensure customer implementation feasibility and efficiency
You will have a proven record demonstrating a clear ability to master complex technical matters in the context of transaction processing, computer networks and applications.
A strong communicator who has worked with customers on a technical project level, who possess a technical-commercial mindset.
You will have proven experience demonstrating the ability to drive change in a technical work environment and have a proven ability to coordinate processing theory / principles with business impact.
