Harvey Nash has an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who have up to 3 years' experience working within the following types of environments:
" Social Media
" Online Business
" Customer Support (within a Multinational)
" Junior level technical support
" Digital Marketing
" Online Media
Knowledge of web technologies is required.
You will be joining one of our top clients for the duration of 6 months. The company is a leading global provider of search & advertising platforms online with additional portfolio of online services and products. State of the art facilities and awesome culture (far from general corporate office environment).
The role will involve
" Resolving user issues
" Providing direct email support to customers
" Troubleshoot, escalate and respond to product requests
" Communicating with customers and merchants
" Contributing to the evaluation of existing processes and assist testing of new procedures
