Harvey Nash has an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who have 2-4 years' experience working within the following types of environments:
" Social Media
" Online Business
" Customer Support (within a Multinational)
" Junior level technical support
" Digital Marketing
" User Support
Knowledge of general web technologies is required as well as some experience supporting users / customers via phone, email, live chat, etc.
You will be joining one of our top clients for the duration of 6 months. The company is a leading global provider of search & advertising platforms online with additional portfolio of online services and products. State of the art facilities and awesome culture (far from general corporate office environment).
The role will involve
" Partner with merchants' customer service teams to resolve user's issues.
" Provide direct email support to customers
" Manage merchants' technical implementation of the ecommerce product, including answering direct questions from merchants, as well as organizing and tracking merchant's progress.
" Troubleshoot, escalate and respond to product support requests.
" Communicate effectively with customers and merchants. Ensure prompt resolution of technical challenges.
" Evaluate new partners for acceptance to the program.
" Contribute to the evaluation of existing processes and assist testing of new procedures.
Requirements:
" BA/BSc degree
" L1 (technical) user support or account troubleshooting experience
" Working knowledge of office software (Microsoft, Google, etc.)
