Role: Online Technical Support
Location: Dublin

Excellent opportunity for an experienced technical support candidate with online support experience.
You will be joining one of our top clients for the duration of 6 months(with strong possibility of extension). The company is a leading global provider of search & advertising platforms online with additional portfolio of online services and products. Experience:
Technical/Customer support experience
Programming language knowledge: HTML, Javascript, PHP.
Ad server knowledge
Google Adsense knowledge a plus.
Analytical skills and proven Excel spreadsheet modeling skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills.
Additional European language a plus.
