Overview:
This candidate is interested in growing their career in IT Operations. In addition the position entails a broad skill set, including both focused thinking, as well as interpersonal communication with multiple stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be required to complete the following:
? Execute up to date processes and associated controls.
? Performance analyses, tuning and capacity planning.
? Comply with internal standards and policies.
? Documentation and improvement of processes and tools
? Provide support to internal teams, and external technology partners, as required to ensure deliveries are met on schedule and within the allocated budget, and to ensure that systems are operationally stable
? Define and deliver continuous improvement in operational processes
? Maintaining databases for query and problem tracking.
? Supporting Web based applications

Key Responsibilities
RTI Technical Support Essential:
Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or related field
Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
? 2+ years' experience working in a Technical Support capacity
? Proven ability to engage with key stakeholders
? Strong written, oral communications and presentation skills.
? Experience with a call centre environment and technology including CRM systems, dialers,
CTI, terminal emulators
? Solid understanding of technology and its implementation for business use.
? Hands-on knowledge of and experience with enterprise applications.
? Problem solving skills - comfortable with uncertainty and ability to think on your feet
? Organized thinking and planning
? ITIL Knowledge & expertise
? Dedicated commitment to Service Assurance
? Technical troubleshooting skills
? Capability of working on multiple overlapping tasks and under pressure.
