Our client are seeking to recruit experienced Helpdesk / Techncial Support professionals with Fluent ITALIAN & SPANISH for contract positions.
This role will involve assisting clients' with hardware and software problems via phone &, email. Ideal candidate will provide high level of customer service for all support queries, take ownership of problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
Key skills:
* Fluency in ITALIAN & SPANISH with strong English
* Excellent customer service skills
* Experience supporting Network / Printers issues, Active Directory, Windows Operating Systems / Microsoft Office
* Professional skills required: problem solving/troubleshooting, analytical, written and oral communication skills,
* Ability and desire to build additional technical skills
Education - Technical / IT qualification
