TA - Bank Reconciliations Administrator

A leading Financial Services provider is currently seeking a Transfer Agent with reconciliation experience to join their Bank Reconciliation team.

The Role:

-Performance of all cash reconciliations across all subscription accounts with zero error tolerance.
-Communication of discrepancies to the Team Leader, Supervisor or other Line Management as soon as they occur and cannot be reconciled.
-Ensuring a follow up is constantly done on all aged items.
-Drafting up and distributing the client specific logs within the agreed time frame.
-Drafting any interest claims ensuring a follow up is constantly done on all aged items.
-Ensuring that the weekly KRI figures are updated accurately & provided to the Team Leader for review on time.
-Completion of monthly reports in a timely manner.

The Person:

-Will have at least 1 year TA Reconciliations experience.
-Will have strong Excel skills.
-Will be self motivated and have the ability to work as part of a team.
