Seeking a Business analyst to develop, test and maintain Corepay payroll system. Practical Corepay and/or
Business Analyst skills essential.
The Role
-Development of Corepay System
-Develop and maintain schedule of enhancement opportunities for Corepay system.
-Development of the Corepay system to capture the enhancement opportunity in the most efficient and expedient manner possible - development of the system (major or minor), enhancement of Business Information Reports, process development, system controls.
-Develop a bank of scenarios for testing the development of the Corepay system.
-Come up with appropriate test scripts on foot of these scenarios.
-Testing of the Corepay system and oversight of the overall test strategy.
-Appropriate sign off and governance of the test strategy.
-Documentation of the current Payroll process and identification of issues and pain points within the process.
-Identification of opportunities for improvements within the process.
-Develop plans for the implementation of these improvement opportunities.
-Oversight and management of these plans to ensure their full implementation.
The Person
-Will have systems test skills - including development of test strategies and undertaking high quality testing.
-Will have excellent people and inter-personal skills.
-Will have excellent communication skills.
-Proven high level ability to negotiate and influence.
-Will have strong change management and capability to build a quantitive risk capability.
