Location: Dublin
Salary: 60,000 - 65,000
My client are a technology integration company working in the Cloud and Mobile space. The ideal candidate will be a passionate technologist with an interest in keeping up with IT market trends and emerging technologies.
Required Skills/Experience
Excellent understanding of Web APIs, SOA, Security, Networks, Protocols and Internet Technologies (OAuth, AWS REST)
At least five years experience in direct technical customer support role in a software/networking/security company.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for problem resolution.
Experience supporting Java applications
Expedience working across Linux, Windows, Solaris platforms
