Harvey Nash has an excellent opportunity for a graduate or junior individual with an educational background in Law or legal studies or is currently working in an internship in this area.
You will be joining one of our top clients for the duration of 4 months. The company is a leading media platform worldwide, hosting more content than any other community from news entertainment to educatory & personal videos. State of the art facilities and awesome culture (far from general corporate office environment).
Language requirements: English (German or Dutch is desirable)
You will be involved in driving the success behind your legal team and to create and improve the processes.
As a member of this team you will:
" Process trademark complaints according to trademark complaint procedures
" Communicate with trademark owners and advertisers
" Respond to internal and external legal enquiries by email
" Communicate the process to in-house counsels
" Assist with the creation of documentation for existing and new policies and procedures
Requirements
" BA/BS Degree within the Law or Legal area
" Fluency in reading and writing English
" Fluency in German or Dutch is a plus
" Excellent written communication skills, including strong spelling and grammar
" Excellent analytical skills
