Contracts Manager (m/f) with expertise in Software licenses

For our customer in Dublin (Ireland) and Munich (Germany) we are currently searching for a Contracts Manager with Software license expertise (w/m).

Project Start: 01.01.2014
Project duration: 6 Months++
Location: Munich (Germany) and Dublin (Ireland)

Know-How:

-Provide expert consulting services in contracts and license management for a global carve-out project
-Analyse the current contracts and license agreements with IT vendors across all regions with a view to consolidating the license needs of both entities
-Execute license splits, terminations and set-up new license agreements with vendors
-Enter into negotiations with vendors on license agreements
-general consulting and supporting the operation in Dublin in establishing a professional contracts management function.
-50% travel involved to Munich, Germany

Required skills:

-Many years experience and expert knowledge in contracts management within the ICT space
-Excellent knowledge of SW license contracts and models
-Experience in carve-out projects ideally across regions
-Some experience in the financial industry would be of benefit
- Language Knowledge:fluent written and spoken English know-how is essential, all contracts will be in English, German knowledge would be very beneficial
