Program Coordinator - 11 month contract
We are looking for a Program Coordinator with our clients who are a leading media platform worldwide, hosting more content than any other community from news entertainment to educatory & personal videos. State of the art facilities and awesome culture (far from general corporate office environment).
The ideal candidate will have experience within the following areas
" Program/Project team experience
" Event organisation
" Managing communications and relationships with multiple stakeholders
" Learning and Development
" Third Level Degree required
Responsibilities
" Confirm and schedule logistical components of training days
" Work closely with Program Manager on all strategic Program Management aspects
" Work with Program Manager to manage the brand locally
" Partner with People Operations Team to meet needs of management, along with Learning and Development
" Facilitate email communication to program participants
" Advise on curriculum content updates
" Determine program and process improvements
