Required Skills/Experience
Excellent understanding of Web APIs, SOA, Security, Networks, Protocols and Internet Technologies (OAuth, AWS REST)
At least five years experience in direct technical customer support role in a software/networking/security company.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for problem resolution.
Experience isupporting Java appliactions
Expeirnce working across Linux, Windows, Solaris platforms
