My client who is a global leader in providing investment management solutions, as well as asset and fund administration solutions worldwide is offering an excellent opportunity for a Transfer Agency Team Leader to join its Limerick operations.
Job Description:
Responsible for the day to day supervising of the Reconciliation Team Partners within the Transfer Agency Finance Reconciliations Department and reporting to the Reconciliations Manager.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a detailed working knowledge of Cash Management and Reconciliations
- Ability to review and resolve complex issues working under pressure meeting challenging deadlines
- Customer Service experience would be preferred
- Excellent planning and organisation skills with a flexible approach to work
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills (Essential)
- Good keyboard skills to include MS Excel and ability to learn systems used within the business
- Experience in working with Multiple Currencies
- Extensive knowledge of collective investment scheme administration and the regulatory environment is highly desirable
- Knowledge of cashbooks
- Knowledge and understanding of working within a regulatory Environment
