Role: Banking Support Specialist
Location: Dublin
Salary: 25-30k
Our client is seeking to recruit a number of Banking Support Specialists to provide support to Customers within the following areas - Foreign Exchange and Deposit Products, Cross Border Payments, Currency Accounts etc
Key Skills:
" Processing of transactions across various systems.
" Resolving queries internally - via e-mail or phone and external via SWIFT, mail or phone.
" Reconciliation of accounts - - Matching debits / credits, identifying reasons for outstanding items and passing correcting transactions
" Sanction scanning SEPA and cross border payments - Checking payment details against internationally published sanction lists and escalating possible matches to senior staff
" Data input experience / Accuracy and attention to detail
" Computer knowledge and p.c. application experience
" Business degree and/or experience in international banking
" Awareness of Regulatory requirements in the payments industry
" Excellent inter-personal and communication skills![]()
