Accounts Assistant - City Centre

Interviews This Week!

Seeking an Accounts Assistant for a dynamic, well established business in Dublin city centre and will report into the Billing Manager.

The Role:

* Create, update, revise journal entries.
* Monthly invoice runs.
* Bank reconciliations.
* Reconcile debtor accounts.
* Running direct debit files on a daily basis.
* Ensuring payment terms are met.
* Resolve agent queries as required.
* Refund queries.
* Weekly and monthly reporting of sales figures.
* General administration work.

The Person:

* A minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in a similar role.
* Excellent computer skills particularly MS Excel.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
* Professional, responsible and flexible attitude.
* A desire to pursue an Accounts Technician career path.
