Scripting experience - Python/Ruby/Perl
Version Control Systems - Git, Subversion
Developing automated builds and tests using Continuous Integration (Jenkins..)
Hands on admin experience with Linux systems
Experience in the configuration of middleware and RDBMS software
Ideally the candidate will be of an automation mind set, someone who appreciates the value of automation manual activities, and also of a development mind set.
