Administrator - Dublin City Centre

Experienced Administrator required for a Large Financial Services company.

The Role:
- General office procedures (e.g. filing, post, faxes, correspondence, arranging meetings)
- On boarding / off boarding of new starters/leavers.
- Gathering and organising documentation.
- General help with project administration tasks.
- Prepare and assist with presentations.
- Spread sheet and database maintenance.

The Person:
- Strong PC Skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Advanced ability to organise and manage own time.
- Good attention to detail.
- Self starter with the ability to work in a pressurised environment.
- At least two years of administration experience required.
