User Education and Support Associate
11 Month Assignment
Harvey Nash has an excellent opportunity for a professional with academic and/or work knowledge of Video / Film / Digital Content production or support, ideally someone who is passionate about communications, new media, video / digital content creation, i.e. have done exciting internships, volunteered or assisted filmmakers. Additionally, strong communications and decision making skills are required.
You will be joining one of our top clients for the duration of 11 months. The company is a leading media platform worldwide, hosting more content than any other community from news entertainment to educatory & personal videos. State of the art facilities and awesome culture (far from general corporate office environment).
Language requirements: Croatian and Serbian
This Partner Support team is responsible for a large community of content creators assisting them one-to-one or as a group by providing expert knowledge how to increase profits from their work.
As a member of this team:
" You will determine eligibility of videos and new users joining the group
" You will ensure community members adhere to policies and terms of use and educate them accordingly
" You will answer partners questions and support them in their efforts
" You will support other functions collaborating with other team members and driving step improvements in the team's processes and tools, making improvement changes to policies and the program in general
Preferred qualifications:
" Fluency in English , Croatian and Serbian
" BA/BSc degree with min 2.1 or 3 year relevant experience, i.e. supporting production teams OR prior production experience (video, film, digital)
" Prior work experience with online media / platforms
" Strong written and oral communications in the languages required
" Strong work ethic - team player
