Title: Snr Enterprise Architect

A leading financial services business in Ireland has a requirement in their leadership group for an experience enterprise architect with a successful track record of delivering robust and scalable architecture solutions across a wide range of technologies and business functions ideally within Banking or Financial services.
The Architect will be responsible for the following;
Technical design leadership for a portfolio of complex business systems and associated infrastructure.
Technical development of systems integration in this environment and the translation of business propositions into sound technical solutions.
Development of technology road maps, while keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies.
Ensuring appropriate business use of, including recommendations through roadmaps, on the use of existing and emerging technologies
Development of the components of the overall systems design and the implementation of a new approach to enterprise solution design.
Establishing and managing overall IT Architecture Governance
Ensure effective liaison with the IT Project Management Office to drive the standardisation, performance and the delivery of high quality IT solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven experience and track record in the following areas :
Leading and delivering world class IT architecture solutions within complex banking or financial services operations with exposure to a variety of systems, projects
Advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of IT architecture, application systems design, integration, processes and best practice.
Ability to interact and influence credibly at senior levels internally and with the business stakeholders in conjunction with the IT business engagement leads.
Ability to properly plan and work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience in governing and where relevant managing business/technology projects including system vendors and service providers
Maturity and strength of purpose to motivate other architects/project managers/business stakeholders/vendors to effectively deliver the desired project/business outcome
