Harvey Nash Ireland is working with a leading blue-chip client who are currently extending their operations in Ireland.
We are looking for Senior Oracle Database Administrator & not so senior Oracle DBA with a solid background of database exposure, working in a Sun Solaris or LINUX environment and with enterprise production DBA experience.
As the DBA on this team you will be responsible for complex assignments, Installation, configuration and upgrades of Oracle server software.
You will need to be comfortable working in a UNIX environment where you will responsible for the design, creation and maintenance of Oracle databases.
Skills:
" Oracle Database Administration / Oracle DBA
" Oracle database backup and recovery
" RMAN & RAC
" Performance tuning
" Database replication
" UNIX shell scripting experience.
