Seeking a Corporate Financial Analyst for an Investment firm in Dublin 4.
You will be required to research, evaluate and develop data to assist in the execution of the strategic business plan. You will provide cutting edge financial analytical support to the Board. An advanced proficiency in Excel is a must for this role.
The Person:
- Full participation in deal teams and capital raising.
- Transaction modelling and analysis.
- Input into Board papers for deal approval and risk reporting.
- Communication of up to date market information throughout the organisation.
- Development of long term tools/models that will contribute to the success of the organisation.
- Manage the funding elements of capital acquisitions and a debt facility prepayment.
- Agree the profile and price of hedging instruments with lenders.
- Assist Treasury with forecasting debt covenant tests.
The Role:
- Proven high level of quantitative ability.
- Sound commercial, accountancy, engineering, actuarial, or financial qualification
- Well-developed financial modelling skills and deep experience with Excel.
- Have strong organisational, project management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Proven ability to problem-solve within tight deadlines.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
