Seeking a Client Services Analyst with fluent Dutch for a major Global Bank in Dublin's IFSC.
The role will involve:
- On-boarding and support of clients.
- Work closely with local Sales teams.
- Perform analysis of the client portfolio.
- Analyse client profitability and volumes.
- Risk analysis.
- Maintain database.
- Work in closely with the legal and sales department to issue new contracts.
- Serve as key service contact.
- Ongoing technical issue management.
- Routing and tracking of inquiries to all appropriate parties.
The Person:
- Fluency in Dutch is essential.
- Advamced client servicing skills.
- Team player.
- Ability to multi-task and meet all deadlines.
- 1 year's banking experience essential.
