Application Support Co-ordinator

Role: Application Support coordinator
12 month Daily rate contract
Location: Dublin

Experience/ skills required:

Second and third line support across a wide range of applications
Liaise with and manage support from external 3rd party suppliers and contractors, including participation in review meetings, contract reviews and SLA tracking and reporting.
Call logging, prioritisation and tracking numerous issues of varying severity and effectively managing the resolution of all 3rd party supplied and in-house developed applications.
Report on Group IS application support calls.
Meeting with users throughout the Group to determine requirements and discuss issues.
Assist in requirements gathering and the delivery of Change Requests.
Assist in the preparation of specification documents, business requirements, impact assessments, project plans and tender evaluations.


Experience supporting users in a complex application environment.
Experience working with and supporting business critical systems.
Experience documenting systems including writing technical specifications and design documents.


Experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 is very desirable.
