Client Services + German Analyst required for Global Bank in the IFSC.
The role will involve the on-boarding and maintenance of new and existing clients to include:
• Co-ordination and responsibility for product and account opening documentation. • Organisation and coordination of account, product and electronic banking activation.• Adherence to KPIs and SLAs. • The ongoing support of clients.
The Person:
• Strong customer focus.• Deadline driven.• Fluent German.• Knowledge and understanding of Banking Client Services. • 1 year's banking experience desirable.
