Seeking a recently qualified Tax Consultant for a new role with a rapidly expanding European Bank.
Summary of the Role:
- Provide analysis, advice and assistance on taxation issues to all business units.
- Review of tax computations and liaising with finance department to finalise statutory accounts.
- Finalisation of tax computations and returns.
- Liaising with taxation advisers on corporation tax returns to Revenue.
- Management of VAT returns and VAT recovery calculations prior to submission to Revenue.
- Liaise with Revenue in relation to tax compliance and other administrative issues.
- Provide timely and accurate advice to Management.
- Provide taxation advice in respect of transactions undertaken by business units.
- Research and advice in relation to domestic and international taxation issues.
- Updating tax policies and procedures.
The Person:
- Recently qualified Tax Accountant ideally in a Big 4 Audit Firm.
- Experience in multinational or financial services is desirable.
- Good interpersonal / communication skills.
- Highly numerate.
