Role: Helpdesk Support
Location: Midlands
Provide 1st line helpdesk support for all systems and services;
Excellent experience in a similar fast paced, results-driven Helpdesk/Desktop Support role;
Efficient skills in supporting Microsoft products including Windows 7, Active Directory,
Exchange 2003/2010/2013, Office 2003/2010/2013 and Multiple Web browsers
Lotus Notes Experience very desirable
Experience of imaging and deploying pcs and laptops.
