Experience:
Knowledge of configuring network firewall, routing and switching platforms from at least
one major vendor
Knowledge of configuring VoIP platforms from at least one major vendor
Excellent knowledge of networking protocols: IP, TCP, UDP, SMTP, HTTP, DNS, DHCP,
RIP, SIP,
Expert knowledge of all current Windows operating systems Windows Server 2003, 2008,
2008 R2, Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8
Expert knowledge of the current version of a selection of the following platforms Microsoft
Exchange, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft SBS, Microsoft System Center, VMWare Virtual
Center, Citrix XenApp
