A leading multinational organisation has an opening in their leadership team for an experienced project / programme management professional to take responsibility for project management process and multinational programme delivery in a matrixed, distributed agile environment. The role will extend across governance, resource management, change and process re-engineering, best in practice methodologies, risk management and delivery. With this balanced mix of delivery and governance duties the role will require both a strategic and tactical track record in large scale programme delivery in similar organisations. The position will interface with stakeholders in both business and technology up to senior executive level and as such advanced levels of communication and influencing skills will be required.

Skills / Experience
Formal third level qualification in IT / Business
Proven track record in large scale programme delivery in matrixed organisations
Expertise in delivering agile delivery programmes
History of building best in class software technology delivery capabilities
A passion for technology enabling business
Experience in financial services and ideally funds / investments
Excellent communication and leadership skills
