The Role:
-Supervise all operational activities carried out by the administrators on the team.
-Ensure all deals received are processed accurately in within the agreed time frames.
-Ensure all queries received by the team are resolved.
-Provide training and development to the administrators on the team.
Requirements:
-Dealing experience and knowledge of trading platforms such as Fundsettle.
-Previous experience in a high volume post.
-Some exposure to Hedging and FXing.
-Strong leadership ability and communication skills.
-Previous Supervisor experience.
