Exciting opportunity for a TA Supervisor to join a Leading Financial Services Provider as an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager has responsibility for all the day to day operational functions of the Transfer Agency Department and provides direct input to the development of the Transfer Agency’s relationship with its clients. The Role: -Allocate tasks to Supervisors as appropriate. -Offer support and leadership to your Supervisors. -Ensure work allocated to staff is completed in a timely and accurate fashion. -Ensure projects allocated by Manager are completed in an accurate fashion within deadlines set. -Maintain a financial losses spreadsheet and ensure financial losses are kept to a min. -Ensure there is a comprehensive knowledge across the team of all payment systems The Person: -Knowledge of Dealing platforms. -At least 5 years funds experience, the majority of which relates to a Transfer Agency operation. -At least 2 years supervisory experience. -Knowledge of the workings of various fund types.
