We are currently looking to expand the team in Cork and we have an opportunity for a motivated, sales driven candidate to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant.
Responsibilities
* Source and select IT / Technical candidates & match to client vacancies
* Communicate with candidates on the phone / Skype and face to face
* Identify candidate skills and experience and present details to our clients. You will be working on a variety of positions in the IT sector in both the Permanent & Contract areas finding suitable candidates at a range of levels of experience.
Experience
* Proven experience in recruitment (IT preferred, other professional disciplines will definitely be considered)
* Proven track record in delivery and business contribution
* Experienced in client relationship management
* Ability and prior success in developing business
* Self-motivated
Required Skill Set
* Excellent communication skills.
* Confident telephone manner.
* IT skills - Microsoft Office
* Motivation and desire to develop a successful career in Recruitment
* Previous Sales experience, either Telesales or direct sales experience would be an advantage.
* Educated to degree level.
