TA Dealing Supervisor

TA Supervisor with strong dealing knowledge required by a multinational Financial Services Provider to bring their experience to the Dealing team.

The Role:
-Ensure you and your team identify all deals received from all sources (e.g. fax, platforms, etc) up to the relevant client dealing deadlines for your clients in accordance with procedures to ensure we capture all dealing accurately and within prescribed timescales.
-Ensure all deals are processed accurately by you and your team and that you actively coach/develop your team to improve accuracy and avoid manual processing errors.
-Ensure all dealing is reported to internal/external parties accurately and within agreed deadlines.
-Ensure all queries received by the team are responded to as per timescales agreed in client SLA’s.
-Ensure projects allocated by line Manager are completed in an organised manner within deadlines set.

The person:
-Will have knowledge of Dealing platforms.
-Will have some exposure to FXing and Hedging.
-Will have some experience with project work.
-Will be able to handle large volumes of activity.
