Role: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Dublin
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000
My client is seeking an experience desktop support technician to join their team.
This person will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for IT. Preferably a background/experience working with the banking/financial services sector.
Experience:
Build-out and configuration of laptops and desktop computers, including Windows XP, Windows 7 and MacOSX,
Voice, Blackberry, IPad, printers, etc.
Audio Visual and Video Conferencing set up experience
Experience liaising with third vendors and overseas colleagues
Must have deskside previous deskside support experience
Degree Educated
Skills and Knowledge:
Considerable knowledge and experience troubleshooting Windows.
Active Directory, VPN and TCP/IP experience.
