Digital Channels Analyst
Dublin - Financial Services
You will be part of the eChannels team and will work closely with eChannels development team, Marketing, Digital Contact Centre and product managers to develop and deliver KPIs across digital channels. You will be responsible for monitoring, trend analysis, insights and recommendations to improve the performance of all Digital channels of the business.
Responsibilities:
* Define the service and performance targets
* Development, tracking and reporting on all metrics across the digital channel mix including:
* Sales (e.g. traffic, queries, completed application forms, sales)
* Service (e.g. usage of functionality, registrations, stability, SLAs, customer feedback)
* Security (e.g channel stability, phishing attempts, etc.)
* Perform analysis on the available information providing insights to senior management to facilitate decision making; focus on sales and service performance
You will have prior experience / knowledge in:
* Delivering online sales in B2C or B2B capacity; financial services background is a plus
* KPI/Dashboard development and reporting in a digital / online environment utilizing a variety of tools including advanced Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup, macros ), PowerPoint and Google Analytics
* Detailed understanding of the drivers of online sales across channels
* Management information development and reporting
