Role: Senior Security Engineer
Location: Dublin
6-12month daily rate contract
My client in the financial services is building out its Security Team.
Experience:
10 Years Experience in IT Security, ideally a CISSP, CISM or equivalent
Capable of Managing small to medium sized Security Projects and a team of engineers
IT Risk Analysis Skills, Reporting and Presentation of risks at review forums
Definition of hardening requirements for new and existing technologies.
Secure Software Development exposure.
Designing, Installing & Configuring Firewalls (Palo-Alto, Cisco, Check Point, FortiNet)
Designing, Installing & reconfiguring Networks (WAN, LAN, VPN)
Designing, Installing & reconfiguring Security Monitoring Solutions (IPS, IDS, SNORT)
Designing, Installing & reconfiguring Authentication Solutions (2-factor, RAS)
Strong Technical Skills in Red Hat Linux, Oracle, SQL,
Knowledge of COBIT or other Security Frameworks.
