My Client is seeking a strong IT Sales Engineer with at least 1 -2 years Pre-Sales experience and a strong technical background.
Responsibilities:
* Managing and prioritizing sales opportunities
* Provide input to other cross-functional departments pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements as needed
Maintain account and opportunity updates within our internal sales force automation system
Job Requirements
* 2 + years in a pre-sales position supporting the sales cycle in Networking and IT solutions
* Previous IT Security experience is very desirable (Anti-Virus , Firewall, Security Products)
* Solid presentation and interpersonal skills
* Proven track record of managing and winning technical and high value IT security projects
* Experience of administering Unix/Linux systems, low-layer (packet level) IP networking and have a thorough understanding of network security. Experience with programming languages benefical
