I am looking for a Part Qualified Accountant to join the Corporate Accounting team of a Financial services company based in Dublin. You will join a comparatively new company that has massive growth plans and already is emerging as an industry leader.
Reporting to the Head of Accounting, you will be responsible for the day to day accounts and administration processes for the company.
What you will be doing:
-Preparing daily cash files and reconciling cash and accounts payable transactions.
-Managing the accounts payable process.
-Preparing accounts to trial balance stage and maintain all supporting schedules.
-Maintaining the fixed asset register.
-Preparing VAT returns.
-Liaising with New York head office on daily, monthly basis.
-Completing other daily ad-hoc duties as they arise.
The experience and skills you will need.
- You will need to be Part Qual ACCA or CIMA.
- You will need to have 2 years experience in a busy accounting environment where you had hands on experience in high volume transactional daily cash, Accounts payable/receivable, budget analysis and month end processes.
-You will have a background from a large Multinational or Financial services company.
