I am looking for an Investor Services Supervisor for a permanent role based in Dublin City.
You will join a Fund Administrator that is rapidly emerging as an industry leader in the provision of Fund Accounting, Client services and Hedge expertise.

What you will be doing:
-Ensuring investor transaction instructions contain requisite information and advising Investor Services Administrator when follow-up is required.
-Liaising with investors to obtain fully executed transaction instructions.
-Advising and assisting Investor Services Administrators to ensure subscription proceeds are provided timely.
-Reviewing AML/KYC documentation provided by investors and following-up where necessary.
-Ensuring reconciliation of the subscription/redemption bank account daily, and taking appropriate action to clear any items.
-Preparation of Redemption Payment Schedules.
-Reviewing wire transfers to Prime Brokers, Investors and fees payments.
-Investor Reporting.
-Client Reporting.
-General Investor Services.
The skills and experience you will need:
- You will be capable of leading and developing up to 4 direct reports.
- You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in Hedge Fund Administration with experience in all aspects of investor services.
