This multinational institution is one of the largest financial services groups worldwide and the technology projects they are working on at the moment are cutting edge and require someone with an innovative approach who likes working in a collaborative environment.
The type of person they are looking for is a talented Business Analyst with a strong track record in understanding the needs and requirements of an organisation and being able to prioritise each phase of the project. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work very closely with a team leading business requirements, gathering activities and defining and implementing test plans for one of their BA teams. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, systems and business partners.
Reponsibilities:
* Provide technical leadership through expert understanding of the project life cycle and business requirements
* Drafting project plans, timelines and resource estimates
* Lead project planning activities
* Write and review business requirements and specifications
* Develop and review test plans.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Relevant business degree or relevant discipline
* 4+ years’ experience in a similar role
* Experience on systems development projects
Requirements:
* Knowledge of development methodologies/tools and core technical areas
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
* Strong team player
