Hedge Fund Operations Administrator

I am looking for Hedge Fund candidates with a strong knowledge of OTCs to join the operations team in a globally renowned Funds Administrator based in Dublin City Centre.

You will be providing middle office services to hedge funds in London, New York and Asia.

What you will be doing:

-Daily Trade, Position and Cash Reconciliation
-Applying all pricing procedures as applied to all funds
-Break resolution for all open items with the brokers or clients
-Updating Security Master File information
-Updating OTC master agreements and confirmations
-Verifying Corporate Actions reporting for all funds
-Support the conversion of all new clients
-Work with P&L Specialists on any opens issues per client
-Assist in checking test results for all in house system enhancements
-Work with client in a professional manner to resolve any open issues

The experience you will need:

- You will have at least 2 years experience working with derivatives.
- You will have experience working with hedge Funds and/or Mutual Funds.
