Title: People Development Business Partner
Duration: 11 months
Location: Dublin City Centre
We are looking for a People Development Business Partner for one of our clients who are a leading global provider of search & advertising platforms online with additional portfolio of online services and products. State of the art facilities and awesome culture (far from general corporate office environment).
The role is based in Dublin City and is for an 11 month contract.
Responsibilities:
* Establish and manage key business relationships, be a thought leader and trusted advisor for business leaders.
* Partner with stakeholders across the global client group; understand business priorities and talent needs.
* Build, own and execute against L&D strategy and business plan for client group - implement and manage training initiatives and programs that solve business problems and support development and growth.
* Communicate proactively with client groups - develop reporting and communications strategies
* Work cross-collaboratively on the People Development team agenda, collaborating globally and regionally with subject-matter experts to execute strategy and projects.
* Design, develop, manage and deliver scalable training solutions across a variety of instructional methods.
* Create, develop and implement solutions that solve specific business problems.
* Establish key measures for success across learning programs and deliver metrics on effectiveness.
Requirements:
* BA or BS Degree
* Sales experience
* Experience with learning program development and delivery, and a strong track record in sales training
* Team player, experienced in working with, and as part of global teams.
* Strong business acumen and the ability to successfully navigate and influence strong personalities within a complex business landscape and matrixed environment.
* Proven organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail while handling multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure.
* Manage the work of others to get projects completed with high quality results.
* Creative problem-solving skills, ability to employ sound judgment in complex situations.
