Role: Control Coordinator
Location: Dublin south
Salary: EUR45 - EUR55k

A leading insurance company based in Dublin is looking for a Control Coordinator, with the responsibility for managing and tracking performance against SLA's. You will also be responsible for managing all work requests, invoices & tracking of all reverse work requests as managed by the IT Control Team.
Your role includes ownership and responsibility for managing the suppliers function across IT supporting Control Management in all Control Management activities.
The right person will come from a business / finance background with a relevant degree. You will also have a structured methodology in your work practice that is comfortable working across multiple projects.
Areas you will manage will be
" Managing and tracking all work requests
" Manages Supplier invoicing
" Manages and tracks work orders
" Tracks contractual performance of suppliers and partners against agreed SLAs
" Co-ordinates inputs across IT to the budget process
" Manages and track the allocated budget for 3rd party suppliers
Technical Competencies
" Experience working in an Insurance Business
" Ability to handle large volumes of work efficiently and to high standards of quality
" Experience managing external IT suppliers would be a distinct advantage
" Proficiency in EXCEL and Access and PowerPoint
