Billing Analyst sought for a high-growth successful international organisation in North Dublin. This is an 8 month maternity contract position.
You will be responsible for ensuring that revenue is captured and processed through effective billing of all business.
The Role:
• Ensure all Revenue is captured.• Maintain functional KPIs.• Update and maintain financial data.• Post orders. • Issue all invoices and credit notes. • Analyse and report to sales on current volumes and trends.• Update and maintain all billing systems.• Identify data inaccuracies and agree process for data cleansing. • Prepare reports for the Financial Controller, maintaining KPI's.
The Person:
• 2-3 years Corporate Billing experience.• Revenue Analysis skills• JD Edwards experience a plus.• Advanced Excel.
